With the rapid development of the Internet Economy,China's e-commerce has become the most mature and most promising commercial application of the Internet.E-commerce covers a wide range,the main model C2C,B2C,B2B.The credit problem of e-commerce has become the main factor restricting its healthy development and it affects the purchase intention of consumers.Because of the virtual,open and anonymous nature of e-commerce,the problem of online credit deficiency is becoming more and more serious.To solve the credit crisis in transactions on e-commerce,is to improve the credit evaluation mechanism,a key to the further development of e-commerce.As the shopping model has been developed from the original shopping consumption mode to service mode,so the original evaluation system is no longer applicable.In this paper,Taobao,which has the highest market share,is taken as an example.According to the investigation and analysis,it is found that Taobao's business credit evaluation system mainly exists monotonous and lack of post-sale credit evaluation feedback.This is due to the C2C Model.In lieu of the above problems and the characteristics of C2C model,the rules of Taobao,proposes current business credit evaluation system.As a result of Taobao's monotonous credit rating,praise +1,the assessment of +0,negative feedback-1,just a simple score accumulated.This leads to credit evaluation model cannot fundamentally guarantee the buyers and sellers of the real and reliable transactions,it is necessary to introduce other factors,through the AHP analytic hierarchy method to determine the weight of each indicator,based on the original model to improve.Due to lack of credit evaluation feedback network Taobao customer service,a great example in using the AHP analytic hierarchy would determine the relative weight and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment.Finally,it would give a good feedback after-sales credit.Credit Evaluation System would also strengthen the construction of Personal Credit System and to promote the rapid development of online shopping in China.
