The length of coastline in China is near 18,000 kilometers. Meanwhile, the number of various islands is over 5400. Our offshore area is around 3 million square kilometers, which accounts for 31.25 percent of China's total territory and therefore China enriches in ocean resources. According to references, it reveals that China has discovered 121 offshore oil exploitation points. It also shows that the proved reserves of oil is enormous around Bo, Huang and South Sea areas and China has carried out to do preliminary exploration in these areas. Island development and ocean development has become a national development plan. There will be an enormous demand of submarine cable for the development. However, currently, the number of companies who produce submarine cable is very limited in China and the demand is satisfied mainly by import.Wanda Group owns 41000 kilometers'annual production capacity of special cable. It is located in Bo Sea Bay hinterland and hence has naturally geographical advantages in developing submarine cable project. The processed project will be meaningful for Wanda Group in perfecting and promoting its development strategies, narrowing the distance from developed countries, improving its competitiveness around international market and further enhancing its reputation.According to this, the article will designate the feasibility study of Wanda Group's submarine cable as an object. This article includes eight parts which are introduction, feasibility study of this project, running circumstance evaluation, technology evaluation, financial evaluation and uncertainty analysis, situation affect evaluation and conclusion. The first mainly introduces the background, aims, methodology, contain.The second part is project's condition. The third part briefly introduces the feasibility study of this project. The forth part evaluates this project from resource situation, market situation, competition circumstance, macro running circumstance and organization structure. The fifth part shows the technical evaluation from product precept, technical level, equipment precept and project precept. The sixth part, using some kinds of financial index. The seventh part concludes on the degree of risk. The eighth part draws the conclusion basing on the foregone parts. The project have preferable societal benefit and economical value,so ,The projects building is doable.
