The Research On Electromechanical Integration Process Quality Control About BaoLong-Yunnan Highway

Quality control are the key to the social and economic benefits among three major objectives of Project control. In this paper, Yunnan Bao-long highway examples of mechanical and electrical engineering integration, the integration of project construction quality control was discussed.Frist of all, the development of quality management and the necessity on the adoption of methods to control was introduced as soon as its feasibility. Then the construction project quality control procedures, control methods, process quality control, factors affecting of quality control, factors affecting quality variability analysis and the construction quality control methods by PDCA cycle were discussed.At last, in accordance with the relevant standards, norms, management practices, contract requirements and standards organizations and other were implemented, DEMS integration projects on the quality process control, security and related measures, as well as quality control on the progress of the project, security, investment control, information management, and even enterprise development, the impact of socio-economic life and explore the interaction with the conclusion, and drawn an integrated quality of the project management model, then provided a useful reference.
