In recent years,the international economic situation is complex and changeable,the domestic economic structure has also been adjusted to a certain extent,the growth rate of mechanical and electrical installation industry of engineering projects is gradually increasing,the development prospect is more optimistic,and the competition in the same industry is increasingly fierce.In this environment,if enterprises want to be in a favorable competitive position in the market,they need to constantly improve their own technical level and regulatory level through technological innovation and management innovation,and finally achieve the purpose of reasonable increase in corporate profits.The key to achieve this goal is cost control.Therefore,this paper applies the theory of cost control to engineering projects in the research process,and analyzes the problems and corresponding solutions in the process of cost control of engineering projects from the perspective of enterprises.This paper takes the cost control of mechanical and electrical installation engineering as the research object,and determines the Earned Value Management(Earned Value Management)in the implementation process of the project by consulting the relevant theories of cost control at home and abroad,the existing problems in the process of cost control,the research methods and effect evaluation of cost control and other relevant literature,EVM(relay chain helix,RCH),work combination structure(WCS)and activity based classification(ABC)are the basic research methods to study the project cost control.In the research process,through the construction of the model,the cost and schedule of the project are controlled,and the basic theoretical demonstration of the influencing factors detection and cost schedule correction control model of the mechanical and electrical installation project is realized.The specific content of the cost control model includes:first of all,using the RCH cycle,each stage is continuously optimized and improved through experiments,so as to better complete the cycle tasks of each stage.Secondly,combined with the work breakdown structure of the project,the decomposed work package content of the project is combined and reconstructed with WCs,and the corresponding work breakdown structure that conforms to the actual situation of the construction project is finally determined.At the same time,the measurement benchmark BCWS and the key earned value objects BCWP and ACWP are realized in the form of matrix,and then the project cost is affected by the ABC classification method in each stage of the project The influencing factors are classified and summarized to lay the foundation for the follow-up cost monitoring.Finally,this paper applies the control·model to the w-project mechanical and electrical a-package project contracted by both company,analyzes the project cost of the project in the control model,and finally obtains the influencing factors of the project cost schedule deviation in the cost control process,which verifies the validity of the model.In this paper,the earned value method is used as the basic model in the research process.Through the method of theory and practice,the cost influencing factors of mechanical and electrical installation project are studied,and the main factors affecting the cost of mechanical and electrical installation project are explored.It is expected that the conclusion of this paper will have a positive guiding significance for the project of both company.
