Since China's retail trade market was open to the WTO members,the foreign capital has posed the threat seriously to the domestic small retail business.Facing the super retail merchant's brutal competition,the retail business in our country needs to carry on the development strategy to cope with them positively.Cultivating the positive core competitiveness,expanding the market share and seizing the new market to strength enterprise became the most realistic choice.Through developments of new shops and the correct localization,they aim to realize the expansion of market share and seize the new market.It is not difficult to see that in some poor management data from 2006-07,some of our country retail business run more enterprises to compete,pursuing quantity blindly,but neglect the investigation and the proof work.They could not carry on the localization correctly, which caused some shops in poor management,and at last closed.Shandong Weifang Baihuo Group Co.Ltd.is the the native retail business which includes Zhongbai Allocation Center,Zhongbai Building,Zhongbai Jialejia,Zhongbai chain-supermarkets,Zhongbai industries Co.Ltd.and Yijiayuan.This paper studies on Zhongbai Jialejia shopping center project plan,using proper methods to rise questions,analyse questions and solve the problems.The fact proved that developing a high quality project does not only need the enterprise to do the research of possibility in early times,but also needs to carry on the correct selected location;Not only needs the enterprise to carry on the scientific project localization,but also needs to carry on the attractive industry condition plan;Not only needs to carry on the industry condition localization and good design,but also needs to aim at the effective development promotion strategy.Through earring on the full forecast of the market and the definite strategic localization,this paper respects the prsent condition and rules of Chinese commercial real estate.It emphasizes on the short term investment repayment of the real estate, and also pays great attention the long-term development economic efficiency of the commercial real estate.The paper emphasizes on the SWOT analysis of location of the projects,the layout of the project localization,industry condition combination,the distribution and project subjects,thus proposes the viewpoint and the suggestion to provide the theory instruction and the actual data reference for its actual operation.
