In the labor market, the worker who has the same productivity obtains different wage level only because of sex, age, skin color and so on , which is employment discrimination. As one of employment discrimination, sexual discrimination seriously influence the female labor force participation situation in China. In our country economy reforming present stage, with the State-owned business' deep reform and the transformation of employment system controled by government to labor market, the staff wage distance expands, the unemployment rate rises, the uncompetitive female employment question becomes more prominent. In our country's labor market, some employers' discrimination mind is serious, the labor market system is not standard, the related legal supervision does not reach everywhere. These massive unfair phenomena of sexual discrimination, the wage discrimination and the job segregation greatly hinder the female employment freedom. These have had seriously influence the female free development and the construction of harmonious society. To solve these problems, government should play the leading role to consummate the legal framework and to perfect the guidance mechanism unceasingly; Enterprises should play the mainstay role to set up the sense of sexual equality and to undertake the corresponding community responsibility; Individuals should display the subjective initiative, optimize employment cognitions according to the present employment situation and sharpen the employment ability.The female employment freedom is the important index appraised the sexual equal development, and the prerequisite of social harmonious development, it includs the social labor participation rate (equal employment opportunity), the social labor participation level (professional level) and the resource assignment (equal payment for equal work, equal welfare) and so on .The female seeks the free employment outside the family, plays the positive role to country economy's growth, society's development and the family's stably.This article issues its mentality with proposing question, analyzing question and solving question, starting with female discrimination's present situation, makes effort to analyze the influence of female employment discrimination to female labor force participation, and attempt to suggest countermeasure that solves the female the"employment difficulty"question through consulting literature and investigation from the sociological angle. This article is devided into five parts, the first part mainly introduces the research background and the significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign predecessor's research about employment discrimination and the female labor force participation, proposes the research technique, the feasibility analysis, the paper's structure and the innovation spot; The second part is the article's theory foundation, mainly defines the related concept, unites preceding text's research to analyze the inequalities of the vocation admittance and the job segregation and sexual income difference caused by employment discrimination and the influence on human capital investment and family and economic factors to the female labor force participation, afterwards creatively summarizes the theory influence frame chart about employment discrimination to the female labor force participation. The third part is the article's main body part, in the historical inspection foundation, separately analyzes the influence on employment discrimination to the female labor force participation from economic aspect's sexual job segregation and the income distance as well as the family aspect's family efficiency maximization and the divorce rate. The fourth part uses the gray connection model to analyze the interrelatednessin which is sexual wage and family factors to the female labor force participation rate in the foundation on preceding text's theoretical analysis and practical situation analysis(we cannot find enough numbers, so we only anylize the female labor force participation rate), and explains its practical significance according to each sub-factor's related meaning. The fifth part starts with nation enterprises and individuals to propose the related countermeasure instruction based on model result which can oppose employment discrimination and promote female labor force participation in view of reality employment situation, to promote the female employment freedom.
