With the rapid development of society, China has become the world factory, ma nylabor-intensive enterprises absorb large-scale groups of migrant workers, and migrantworkers have become the ma insta y of China's industria l workers. From previous years,the outbreak of the "shortage of migrant workers" can be seen that the stability of theranks of corporate migrant workers can make us go all out to start production, whilethe instability in the ranks of migrant workers will make the enterprises hampered inevery aspects. Therefore, to propose an incentive mecha nism from the perspective ofma nagement directed towards the migrant workers of labor-intensive enterprise is ofimportant economic and socia l significa nce.From perspective of research, this article adopts the method of combiningma nagement, psychology, sociology and economics, and from method of research, weuse the survey questionnaire, case study interviews and literary study. The content canbe divided into five parts. The first covers the background, purpose and significa nce ofthe study, reviews the study trends of incentive subjects about the dynamic problem athome and abroad and proposes the research ideas and methods of this essay. Thesecond part bases on consulting large number of references, studies the currentsituation of groups of migrant workers in labor-intensive enterprises ,summa rizes fivecharacteristics which are the cultural identity, the psychological characteristics, theinterpersona l interaction characteristics, the employment characteristics and the socia lstatus, and finds the ma in problem that exists in current labor groups of migrantworkers in labor-intensive enterprises—"labor dilemma".In the third part, the authordesigned a targeting questionnaire, and through sampling survey and investigation ofmigrant workers in labor-intensive enterprises in Qingdao area, supplemented byappropriate case interviews, found the ma in cause of "labor dilemma"in labor intensive enterprises is lack of incentive to migrant workers of labor-intensiveenterprises. In Part four, the author combines ma nagement, sociology, psychology,economic theory, from aspects such as external remunera tion, internal pay, workingenvironment and persona l development, analyses the current incentive problemsexisting in migrant workers in labor-intensive enterprises in order to find a breach toresolve the problem. In part five, the author starts from the mecha nism construction,summa rized five incentive factors targeting at migrant workers in labor-intensiveenterprises, that is,"external remunera tion","internal pay","working environment","mission challenges", and proposed five incentive principles such as the" principle offairness "," double combination of materia l and spiritual principles", " rewardprinciple combined with punishment "," principle of flexibility "a nd" principle of realtime"; In the incentive approach, the author put forward the "pa y-excitation method"," production competition method"," growth-motivation method, "" CulturalIncentive method", " emotiona l Incentive method" and "policy-motivation method".These provide a systematic theory reference for motivating the migrant workers inlabor-intensive enterprises.
