Although economic development is very rapid and comprehensive national strength has greatly improved,China is still faced with difficulties and severe challenges of the low-level living standard per capita and there are still a lot of people,especially those in the countryside,living in a low standard.In order to change the embarrassed state of living in poverty,these people go out as migrant workers in succession,making the number of new generation of migrant workers become more and more,attracting more and more attention of the masses.Currently,in our country,post-80s and post-90s hold a large proportion in the new generation of migrant workers.With active thinking,high cultural quality,they are equipped with the relatively high comprehensive quality in the migrant workers and,therefore,their contribution to the rapid development of economy and building beautiful cities can't be ignored.Dalian,in the critical period of accelerating development,is comprehensively deepening the reform and the new generation of migrant workers play a guiding role in economic development trend of Dalian in this special period.Giving a simple overview of research background,relevant academic research,the connotation of the new generation of migrant workers,choosing new generation of migrant workers as the research object,this paper gives an in-depth analysis on the current situation of new generation peasant workers' human resources in Dalian,focuses on their working and living conditions,economic conditions,social security situation,the vision of the future and predicament facing in the future and puts forward a series of countermeasures to solve the problem.
