In recent years, influenced by the financial crisis after, accelerated the process ofa new round of industry shift, labor-intensive industries in the coastal developed areascosts have risen sharply, the number of saturated, labor and other costs, profit marginsshrink under the new situation, such as industrial structure adjustment and industrialupgrading is imperative, regional industry transfer is imminent. In the process ofindustrial relocation, labor-intensive enterprises in the majority, in the labor-intensiveenterprises, have already become the most important factors, and labor-intensiveenterprises in the key of keeping advantages in the competition. However, the currentstaff is not stable, high staff turnover, weak innovation ability more and moreproblems such as abnormal prominent, therefore, how to retain staff, manageemployees, real-time and effective incentive employees, became the labor-intensiveenterprises sustainable development facing the practical problems.Based on labor-intensive enterprises as the research, this paper in reference on thebasis of existing research results, through the integrated use of literature method,example method, graphic method, such as labor-intensive enterprise employeesincentive measures in China is the system research. At the same time, combining to isthe company’s basic situation and characteristics of the compensation and benefits,performance appraisal, rewards and punishments set to illustrate the aspects ofmotivation; Through the analysis about the present situation of the companyemployees incentive, point out the disadvantages of frontline employees piece rate,management personnel lack of evaluation and a series of problems; According toanalysis of the problem, and further for the perfection of the company employeesincentive. And through the relevant questionnaire, from the gender, age, education, jobtitle, position, etc., analysis of the degree of employee needs and preference, based onthe basic incentive model, combined with the questionnaire survey, constructed thegeneral model of employee motivation, creating a comfortable, relaxed and workingenvironment, let employees can happy work, the greatest degree of play to their talents, truly from effect do treatment retention, career advancement opportunities,environmental recognition, recognition, improve the core competitiveness ofenterprises.Thesis on the basis of the characteristics of the enterprise staff, a targeted researchlabor-intensive enterprise employees incentive measures, probes into the labor-intensive enterprise employees incentive problems, and connecting with the actualcase, proposes specific measures to perfect the labor-intensive enterprise staffincentive, and in today’s economic situation, suggest to motivate employees to labor-intensive enterprises, makes every effort to instance methods for reference by otherlabor-intensive enterprises better.
