Study On The Production Logistics Management Of Wuhan Faurecia And Tongda Exhaust System Company

With the development of auto manufacture, many international magnates gain new increasing profit from China. Many auto-parts enterprises set up plant in China, but most of them are medium-sized company. Nowadays, a serious problem—logistic system is laggard limits the enterprises developments. The manufacture process is more automatic and flexible, the logistic conflict is more remarkable. The logistics with low efficiency does not adapt to the high efficient manufacture.This article presents a logistic project which is applied to medium-sized auto-parts company by analyzing the logistic system of WUHAN Faurecia Tongda Exhaust system Co., Ltd.-one of the DPCA main suppliers. The article includes several chapters. Chapter one summarizes the problems in logistics or Faurecia logistics. Chapter two anatomizes the reason that induce these problems. Chapter three presents a new logistic strategy considering the characteristic of every company. Chapter four emphasizes on the application of Faurecia logistic strategy.The innovation of the article is that the article analyzes the logistic system problems based on the characteristics of Faurecia logistic system. At the same time, it optimize the Faurecia logistic system by adjusting the plant layout and applying Material Information Flow Analyze-MIFA and Material Information Flow Diagram----MIFD.Hope to provide the constructive instructions to logistic system improvements of Faurecia Tongda Exhaust Co., Ltd and provide the practical experiences and references to the same industry companies.
