MES Import Strategyand Crisis Controlling

With the barcode scanning and automatic machine exporting,MES can support the just-in-time manufacturing information for management to avoid the error of operation.MES made the shop floor enlarged and controlling effectively at the mean time.Now MES was well known widely more and more with the industry development in china,especially within 20 years recently.China became the factory of world and some huge excellent factories occuned which have high management talent.In their approaching to seeking high efficiency MES became their common solution from just trying to base equipment,especially in electronic enterprises.But as a complex and high influence system,MES was not easy to importing and executing.Some enterprises have pain in importing process and using period.Even some was failure to importing it because of uncorrected dealing with in some key processes.Then we will analyze the importing crisis and practicing strategy to avoid the lost.
