Research On Qingdao Contemporary Development Mode Of Agriculture

On 29th,Jan 2007,Xinhua News Agency announced《Certain solutions of State Council to develop agriculture in order to improve the construction of Socialism new country-side》(No.1 documentation for short).The No.1 documentation specifically set the development of Socialism contemporary new country-side as the first mission.Recently, Qingdao all levels of agriculture departments have carried out the scientific development concept, implemented the spirit of No.1 documentation. The main orientation are high effectiveness, ecology and brand, strengthening investment, optimizing layout of configuration, accelerating technology improvement, carrying out country-side development, in order to explore new mode which fits for the development of Qingdao contemporary agriculture. So the economy of country-side could improve well.The research of this dissertation should start from the basic concept and development characteristic of contemporary agriculture, concentrating on analyzing the development of agriculture comparing with foreign agriculture. Through the research and summary of basic mode of Qingdao agriculture development, conclusions on recent Qingdao contemporary agriculture development and trait are drawn from quantity of examples. The research methods include documentation research, survey, individual case study, summary etc. The highlight of this research is that contemporary agriculture is a new topic in national economy. However, it is still in exploring progress. The research of this topic itself is a piece of innovation, moreover, Qingdao modern agriculture ranks high in domestic, however, till now, there is no completely overall summary of scales of Qingdao contemporary agriculture development. This research is not only helpful to the Qingdao contemporary agriculture development at the next stage but also a trial of contemporary agriculture innovation.Through years of practice and innovation of Qingdao contemporary agriculture, we have found our own way to develop with Qingdao specific trait. To sum up it is five dimensions in terms of industrialization, internationalization, brand, specialization, cooperation. On the basis of the above,it draws a conclusion that intensive economy contemporary agriculture mode, export-oriented contemporary agriculture mode,brand contemporary mode, one village one brand mode and company plus farmer contemporary agriculture mode.In nationwide, Qingdao contemporary agriculture mode has not only common trait but also its own characteristics including assimilation and innovation. Generally speaking, the construction of Qingdao contemporary agriculture is in top in China. The research and summary of the mode of Qingdao contemporary agriculture has theoretical and practical value, which make great contribution to China contemporary agriculture construction. Initially, feature is the core of Qingdao contemporary agriculture. The mode of Qingdao contemporary agriculture development is different from other area. It depends on the sources, species and technology and has advantage in economy, culture and society to show region features. Secondly industrialization is fundamental mode of contemporary agriculture. Our national situation is more people with less land and farmer is main body of micro execution, which determines the methods of contemporary agriculture mode is industrialization, that is, through leading enterprises, bases and cooperation with presents professional organization, combine farmer units with huge market. In such progress, attract technology, capital, management and other modern factors to improve the overall quality of agriculture. The extension of Qingdao mode is the agriculture development could use industry manufacturing mode for reference. Industrialization management could not only increase the effectiveness of farmers'production but also bring better economy benefits. Thirdly in recent years, Qingdao agriculture has developed not in a routine way, which has relationship with the concentration of government on agriculture internationalization. The first reason is Qingdao has high technology in agriculture and standard production. The agriculture production begins to internationalize. The second is the internationalization of agriculture capital utility. Qingdao government has introduced foreign capital including enterprises'capital to invest agriculture production which contributes to agent of production flowing and configuration in wide range, which improve the agriculture production. The third one is the internationalization of agriculture technology. Through introducing foreign advanced technology including excellent species, planting and processing, advanced facilities etc to improve the product specification. The last one is the internationalization of agriculture market. The Qingdao agriculture products not only aim to domestic market in terms of Beijing, Dongbei etc but also locate the market in Asia and Europe. Qingdao mode is reference for costal area export-oriented agriculture development.
