Study On Constructing Modern Industrial System Of Guangdong-Based On Evaluating The Industrial Modernization Level Of Guangdong

Modern industrial system is an important indicator of regional economic development level and its general strength.From the point of view of industrial development,the process of modernization is the process of gradual economic development,step by step optimization and upgrading of industrial structure which driven by scientific and technological progress.The development of modern industrial system to occupy the commanding heights of industrial development to enhance the level of industrial development,improve the competitiveness of industries in Guangdong Province has been a major strategic task.The modern industry is an important component of modern industrial system,at this stage,the study of industrial system is very important for promoting upgrading of the industrial structure.This paper,according to the theories of modernization and industrialization, combined with leading industry selection theory and sustainable development theory, analyzed the conditions of building modern industrial system of Guangdong Province;and built evaluation index system of the level of industrial modernization in light of evaluation index system of new-type industrialization;then evaluated the level of industrial modernization in Guangdong from six indexes;finally based on the analysis result built a preliminary framework of modern industrial system of Guangdong Province,and put forward implementation suggestion.In this paper,chapterⅠmade a comprehensive overview of connotation of the modern industrial system and its principles,as well as summarized domestic and foreign research,and foreign practical experience.The second chapter elaborated the basic theory related to the modern industrial system,including modernization theories and industrialization theories,and also major industry selection theory, sustainable development theory etc.ChapterⅢexpounded the status quo of industrialization in Guangdong Province,mainly through general analysis and regional analysis.ChapterⅣis to apply basic theories,and in light of researches on the evaluation of new-type industrialization level of previous scholars,then build an evaluation index system,which including six indexes such as the industrial efficiency,industrial structure,technological level,economic efficiency,energy consumption and environmental improvement,about the level of industrial modernization.ChapterⅤused the evaluation system above,combined with the industrial status quo of Guangdong Province,to analyze the level of industrial modernization of Guangdong Province.It comes to the conclusion that the processing degree of its industrial structure is not high;the level of industrial technology low; and the industrial development is restricted by the bottleneck of energy and environment.Then the last chapter,it based on the results of the analysis above,to built the elementary framework of Guangdong modern industrial system,and elaborated all the elements of modern industrial system.
