Investigation And Study Report Of Increasing Farmers' Income In Yitong Man Autonomous County, Jilin Province

We put emphasis on countryside to build a well-off society in an all-round way, but we have difficulty in increasing the peasants'income. Yitong is the only autonomous county of Manzu in Jilin provice and as a typical agricultural county in mountainous district, most of people are in countryside,over 80.8﹪of whom are peasant population .The problem about the development is mostly how countryside develops and how to promote the peasants'income.In the process of the development of the social market and building a new social countryside,strengthening and consolidating agriculture further and increasing the peasants'income efficiently in the new situation will promote the development of the economy in countryside and the improvement of society,it can also speed the econony in Yitong county.Since reform and open policy,especially the foundation of autonomous county of Manzu,in the past 21 years, the government of Yitong has always been caring about the development of the countryside and promoting the increase of the peasants'income,which is very encouraging.But agricultural produccts in our country has changed a lot in supply and demand since the 1990s,and the supply of agricultural produccts is over its demand .Meanwhile,affected by financial Crisis,the internationa trade shows its advantages and the trade of rural products has reduced much.There is much difficulty and pressure in increasing the peasants'income and many problems have appeared,for example,the peasants can't increase their income soon in a single way,which has influenced the rapid and healthy development of economy.Nowadays,with the international and domestic situations changing greatly, agriculture has become more and more important,the government of our country has been concerned about agriculture. She looks at enlarging the domestic demand,Paying attention to agriculture and strengthening agriculture and the construction of the basic facilities in the countryside,and that provide a good chance for peasants to increase their income.So only if we attach importance to agriculture and the development of rural economy,can we solve the problems of peasants'increasing their income,making full use of the good policy.Practically,first of all, We must strengthen the leadership, leading peasants to add to their income;Besides, we should realize the importance of crops,ensuring the harvest of them; Third,the structure of the agricultural production must be improved, with the efficiency raised; Fourth,we must spend more money on agriculture; Lastly, peasants should be trained time to time to improve themselves.The peasants'income is an important problem in the lastst stage.In order to deal with the main problem, we have to not only recongnize its importance but also spare no efforts to learn the regular change of the peasants'income .At the same time,don't forgot to find out the factors which limit the development of agriculture and the rural economy and the efficient ways to increase the farmers'income.
