Study On The Impact Of The Organization Of Economy Of Farmer Major Collaboration On Farmers' Income Increase

After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, Chinese rura-l areas have adopted the two-layer management system featuring the integration of centralization and decentralization. But due to the decentralized operations and Chinese farmers'levels, farmers can't be the main force of the market. And the market competitiveness of farmers can't be sharpened, and it is hard to increase farmers'income. So in order to sharpen farmers'market competitiveness, the realistic choice is to develop organization of economy of farmer major collaboration.Since the new century, the governments at all levels have put the development of the farmers'professional economic cooperatives on their agenda. under the guidance of government's policies, farmers'professional economic cooperatives flourished not only on quantity, but also on areas,and the cooperative area extended from mutual technical assistance and information dissemination to the cooperation of funds, technology , labor and other aspects;from the simple cooperation in procurement process extended to a series of supporting services including ante-produce,mid-produce and post- produce.On the whole, the organization of economy of farmer major collab oration has developed rapidly. The policy support system has improved step by step. Building of the legal system has made a great breakthrough. The organizations have achieved remarkable results, social influence has been expanded, and demonstration effect has been enhanced.But there were still several problems during the development. Such as only emphasizing the quantity and ingoring the quality and size; the singlelurity of financing channel, seriously shortage of running funds; deficiency of management personnels, excessively depending on government and enterprise; imperfect financial system, low quality of accounting personnels;and Groups members monopolize the authority and power of decision-making, which making farmers lose the rights of decision-making.In order to make an intensive study of the impact of Chinese organization of economy of farmer major collaboration on farmers'income increase, this thesis analyzed the influence of organization of economy of farmer major collaboration on farmers, by building multivariate regression model of farmers'income increase, base on learning from international advanced practice. The result of analysis showed that:the major factors affected farmers' incomes are: the proportion of villages that had held agricultural technique lectures, the proportion of townships that had the farmers'professional economic cooperatives, the proportion of quantity of farmers household who participated in"company plus farmer", the proportion of villages which saled agricultural product through"company puls farmer", the proportion of villages which owned agricultural technique personnels, etc, and there are significant differences on the affecting extent and significance of different factors.Based on the analysis of fact development of Chinese organization of economy of farmer major collaboration, we found that the development of the organization of economy of farmer major collaboration is blocked by the following factors:knowledge, high cost of institution innovation, the alternative organizations which have function conflict , lacking of government's support and guidance, and the internal operation mechanism's faultiness. To resolve these problems, we put forward some counter measures to expand the influence of the organization of economy of farmer major collaboration on farmers'income increase, from two aspects, the first is improving the internal operation mechanism, and the second is improving external environments.
