Analysis Of The Supply System In The Chinese Modern Historical Evolution

Supply system is a necessity which was formulated according to the domestic financial standard and everyday life at that time. It is an allocation system which is to provide supplies for the missionaries. It includes food, clothing and allowance. It came into being during the period of Taiping. It developed and perfected itself gradually during the domestic revolution. Although the application of supply system violated the value system of commodities, it played an active role as a special product in a special circumstance. After the foundation of People's Republic of China, supply system is still used in party and government organizations as well as some enterprise and public institutions. The contents of supply system became wider and its mechanism became stricter. However supply system ended with the recover and adjustment of national economy.This paper makes a systematic exposition of the emergence, development and improvement of supply system in its different period. Four aspects are presented in the paper. They are the development and improvement of supply system, the carrying out of gradable ranked payment at the beginning of the foundation of People's Republic of China, supply system during the period of people's commune at radical development period as well as the influence of supply system in history.History bears surprising similarities although it can be rehearsed like drama once again. Some of the influence of supply system still exists. The research on supply system can not only make us grasp the development of economy but also has a profound influence.
