Marketing concept is the need for a certain period of time and the development of business, and is closely related to the economic, political and cultural development. At the same time, the more developed society and the higher level of civilization, the higher products and living environment is required. Green Marketing is in the development of the times, and it focuses on health, environmental protection and sustainable development. Green marketing will be the mainstream concept in 21st century.This article is from the perspective of economics to analyze, and reveals that there is the invalidity of the market during the implementation of green marketing, so the Government need to do something. Then an analysis of the consumer followed, we can see that customers will measure the total value and the total cost in the purchase process. Enterprises should raise Delivered Value by improving the total value and reducing the total cost of customers. Finally, there is an analysis to Grain Enterprises in Jilin Province, and some opinions are made in how to implement the 4P strategy.In order to explore how to implement green marketing in Jilin province Grain Enterprises, this article has the analysis in the process of consumer buying, the process of psychology and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of the enterprises from the views of economics, game theory and marketing point. It can be said that this article is completely standing the position of Grain Enterprises in Jilin province and it has a high practical value.
