The Competition & Develop Strategy Of Xiamen Logistics Industry Under The New Situation

The one which follows China economical and the foreign trade fast development is China's logistics industry,since this concept has introduced China,its development speed has gone far beyond economic growth and the import & export.The government of Xiamen city adheres to the policy "sets up the city by the port" for many years,tries to construct the distribution center in the West Coast of the Channel,realizes the "the 1 lst-5-year- plans" of Xiamen,which is to construct a key position city of modern physical distribution,situated between the Yangtse Delta and the Zhujiang Delta.Xiamen logistics industry faces a series of new situation recently,including the domestic and international issues,the political & economical subject,all are complex & changeable.This article will utilize three competition models to analyze the status & position of Xiamen logistics industry under the new situation,and propose the improvement to promote its competitive power.The full text divides into six parts:Chapter 1 is the background description.Chapter 2 analyzes the Chinese logistics condition,including its background,the present situation,the existence question,and the development tendency.Chapter 3 analyzes the condition,situation,achievement and shortage of Xiamen logistics industry,together with the new situation that will affect this industry.Chapter 4 is to study & analyzes the competition strength and the prospects of Xiamen logistics industry under the new situation,utilizes the PEST model,the SWOT model and five strength competition model.Chapter 5 proposes some competitions and development strategy for Xiamen logistics industry and the enterprise separately,base on the analysis of competition strength and the insufficiency.Finally we obtain the conclusion that Xiamen should enlarge the investment to the construction of modern logistics industry.
