A Study Of Knowledge Management Competency Of Middle-level Managers Toward The High-tech Enterprise

This study is to explore knowledge management competence of middle-level manager in high-tech enterprise, on the basis of result, this research will provide some advises of improve the knowledge management capacity of middle-level manager. For research purposes, this study used many research methods, such as document analysis, interviews, and the Delphi method.Fist this study use document analysis as a basis of Delphi survey questionnaire design .then, arrange interview with four middle-level manager of high-tech enterprise, this interview result also be a basis of Delphi survey questionnaire design. According to the document analysis and the results of interviews. the Delphi survey questionnaire has prepared. then deliver to middle-level manager of high-tech enterprise and experts of correlation domain , a survey carried out three times. At last, Callback questionnaire and do data analyze.Through the course of the study mentioned above, the study found that the knowledge management capabilities of middle-level managers in high-tech enterprise include four competences , The weightiness of this four competence is "The competence of promote knowledge management," " The competence of impact high-level leadership," " The competence of impact on the grass-roots level employee "" The competence of knowledge management operational ".This study also give eight subsection competences, such as "Strategic reading" "collaborative communication" "Analysis the organizational knowledge demand" "guide employees to obtain and application knowledge" "transfer Implicit Knowledge to Explicit Knowledge " " combine knowledge management with organizational business" " strategy implementation" and "team work".At last, base on the research above, this study provide advises to enhancing middle-level managers knowledge management competence.
