In recent years, corporate social responsibility theory and practice are very popular, many companies are actively involved in the practice of social responsibility, especially for multinational corporations, which by virtue of their powerful resources, good reputation, and strategic corporate social responsibility program, They really made good practice of social responsibility and played a good role of "corporate citizen".Tourism industry plays an important role in national economy, tourism enterprises also must concern corporate social responsibility, but because the tourism industry belongs to service business, and includes six sub-industry of food, accommodation, transportation, travel, purchase and entertaining, the size of enterprises and service quantity are very different, corporate social responsibility theory and practice are not immature, although many enterprises have carried out the practice of corporate social responsibility, the results are not good, many enterprises just blindly follow the trend of others enterprises. In this paper, selecting the listed tourism enterprises as objectives of this study, compared the practices of social responsibility between Chinese and foreign listed tourism enterprises, found out the disadvantages of corporate social responsibility of Chinese listed tourism enterprises, then put forward some suggestions.The full text is divided into five parts: Chapter one: Introduction. It is the theoretical foreshadowing of the whole paper. Chapter two: The necessity and evaluation contents of corporate social responsibility of listed tourism enterprises. This chapter analysis the necessity of corporate social responsibility and illustrate the evaluation contents of corporate social responsibility. Chapter three: The empirical analysis of corporate social responsibility of listed tourism enterprises. As the core of this paper, it is mainly empirical analysis of corporate social responsibility of domestic and foreign listed tourism enterprises, and do comparative analysis between domestic and foreign enterprises. Chapter four: The influence factors and problems of corporate social responsibility of listed tourism enterprises. This chapter analyzes the influence factors of corporate social responsibility and illustrates current problems. Chapter five: Suggestions and prospects. Based on the current problems of corporate social responsibility of domestic listed tourism enterprises, This chapter put forward suggestions and points out the shortcoming of this study.
