With the employment issues become increasingly prominent in China, the tourism industry has played an increasingly important role in the tourism industry of Chinese human resources market allocation. Both the state and tourism industry itself consider the tourism industry as a channel for expanding employment, setting up "developing tourism and promoting employment" as objectives. In the guidance of this objective, the number of tourism employment has steadily growth and the forms of employment have been diversified. However there still are a lot of tourism issues, in which the tourism employment policy is one of the most prominent ones.Tourism employment policy is an important factor in the tourism employment.
