Well, how good the planning of the company's human resources development strategy, with minimal costs at an appropriate time to recruit suitable for enterprise development can promote the development of enterprises is essential personnel, the private enterprises, particularly in regard to the continuous development, the growth of private enterprises is particularly important.This article from the perspective of the recruitment of private enterprises to study the Elite's recruitment management problems and how to improve the company's recruitment of personnel in the personnel structure and reserves to meet the company's development strategy. Elite is a medium-sized private enterprises, the company has a certain size after 10 years of development. With the continuous growth of enterprises, human resources management has become the constraints of the enterprise continue to grow in size and strength of the bottlenecks. This is also the reality of paramount significance for Elite and it's anxious to solve the urgent problems for the Elite without delay.This article is divided into five chapters: The first chapter introduces the paper's research background, purpose, meaning and ideas, and so on. A second chapter is devoted to the company's history, development strategy and human resources management status quo, through its recruitment management analysis of the status quo that existed, As well as these issues point out the harmful for the company. Chapter three Analysis the elite can improvement with the VRIO management on recruitment. Chapter IV light of these points to point out the goals and principles of improvement on the recruitment. Fifth Chapter a new recruitment management applications to be used for the development of Elite's recruitment management system and operational processes on model VRIO.The purpose of this paper through the Elite's human resource recruitment and management of the status quo, A discussion on Human Resource Management recruiting current problems and put forward a number of measures to improve the program and, with a view to Elite better business development recruitment management recommendations for the recruitment of the company's management with the business development strategy and the development of the company based on timely and accurate manner to provide the right talent for the continuous development of enterprises pad set a solid foundation to provide essential protection.
