T company is one famous foreign chain restaurant.If T company hopes to be one of popular coffee brands,it needs to provide labor support for the rapid business development by guaranteeing the quality of their employees.Recruitment is the first step in the entire process of human resource management.As the saying goes,a good starting point is a half the battle.A good recruitment can make an effective result on improving the efficiency of human resource management,and guarantee the adaptability between employer and employees and stability around the working environment.This is beneficial to the organization development.This paper firstly makes the literature research to learn about current recruitment research,common recruitment problems and related theories.Next,it describes the overview of T company and the current situation of recruitment process that contains all of the steps.Then by the interviews with key people,involving all of the steps of recruitment process,it obtains the feedbacks from employees in aspects of human resource management,recruitment criteria based on the competency model,recruitment channels,recruitment information and recruitment team satisfaction.Followed by this,it takes a deeper level research on the competency model.Adopting questionnaires,the author takes a series of statistics analysis on SPSS software after acquiring the survey data,consequently acquiring the competencies on those employees with high performance and then judging the priority among different working positions and departments.After this,the author makes conclusion of the contents of interviews with key people and the comparison of current competency model and virtual competency model to find out the existing problems on the current recruitment process and give reasons behind them.And based on the problems and reasons,this paper designs a series of solutions for them.Finally according to the realistic environment and conditions,it makes a detailed plan of the designed recruitment improvement solutions,clearing the implement target and schedule.As a guarantee to a smooth implement,some support activities has been considered such as corporate strategy,human resource and finance.Finally,this paper concludes the thinking model and points out the analysis shortcomings.Based on these,it explores the reasons behind of this and consequently makes a prediction in terms of the future research of the recruitment improvement.
