In the final analysis,the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.Recruiting high-quality talents can bring a steady stream of fresh blood to technology-based enterprises and provide vitality for the sustainable development of enterprises.With the rise of the civil radar field,military radar companies have begun to enter the civil radar field.Whether they can successfully recruit high-quality technical talents has become the key to the business expansion of such companies.Compared with state-owned military radar companies with capital and platform advantages,private military radar companies often have recruitment management problems such as untimely personnel replenishment and rapid loss in the process of expanding to civilian business.As a typical private military radar company expanding its civilian business,ZJ is also facing the same recruitment dilemma.This paper takes the recruitment management problem of ZJ Company as the research object,and uses the research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview,data analysis and other research methods to systematically analyze the current situation of the company’s recruitment management,and summarizes the four main problems existing in the recruitment work of ZJ Company: the lack of scientific recruitment plan,unreasonable use of recruitment channels,insufficient professionalism in recruitment and selection,poor stability of new employees and lack of effective recruitment evaluation and supervision.And using the relevant theories of recruitment management process,recruitment team,recruitment channels,etc.,designed the recruitment management improvement principles such as prioritizing internal personnel,participating in recruitment at all levels,and matching principles,and specifically proposed the following five recruitment management improvement measures:formulate scientifically recruitment work planning,optimizing the use of recruitment channels,improving the professionalism of the recruitment selection process,setting up new employee care links and strengthening the supervision and evaluation of recruitment work.In order to implement the proposed suggestions,it is proposed to strengthen the attention of all levels of the company to the recruitment work,strengthen the construction of the recruitment management system,strengthen the capital investment in the recruitment work and other measures to ensure the smooth implementation of ZJ’s recruitment guarantee improvement measures.The research conclusion of this paper can not only improve the problems of ZJ company in recruitment management,further improve the company’s recruitment management system and provide guarantee for ZJ company to select excellent talents,but also provide reference for other private military radar product enterprises actively expanding civil radar business to improve recruitment management.
