In the modern times with the global and knowledge economy, more and more corps realize the importance of Merger and Acquisition(M&A) and try best to do it. A world of M&A is coming. But the successful cases are not so much. According to a large number of the researches, the integration plays an important role in M&A and the integration of the human resources(HR) plays the key role. There is much more risk of the integration of HR because of the complexity and the diversity.Basing on the formal research, this article does the analysis in the risk of Psychological, the cultural shock, the salary conflict, the organization structure conflict and the conflict of the shift of the HR flows from the view of management and organizational behavior. This article does the research on the form of the risk, the reason and the prevention of risk.This article focus on the reason and the prevention of the risk from the view of the equality, such as the inequality of the salary, the bias of the integration and the job bias in the integration of the reasons, as well as promoting employees involved in the two sides of M&A enterprises to join in the construction of salary system, establishing a perfect evaluation system, the equal arrangement of the HR, the equal chance of challenge of the solution. Furthermore, rebuilding The Psychological Contract of the staff, the integration of The Corporate Culture, designing The Pay Compensation Mechanism, rebuilding The Organizational Vision, solution to the key employee, and retrenchments are also the important part of this article.We will apply the theoretical and practical support to the HR integration through the research of this article in the risk of the integration of human resource, the reason and the prevention of risk to improve the effect of HR integration and support the success of M&A.
