The Study Of The Governance Of City During The Urbanization In Gansu

Urban governance studies the relationship between the main cities and their operational mechanism, the purpose of it is to seek a way of sustainable development in an increasingly complex environment for government. In this paper, firstly, the basic theories of urban governance have been described. Through the analysis of urbanization and the development of the special issue of the status quo of Gansu, we try to establish a urban governance system government with government, non-governmental organizations, enterprises and citizens. It has a unified leadership, the comprehensive management and rational division of labor, the coordination of efficient and low-cost characteristics.In order to achieve sustainable development of cities.The first part summarizes the basic theory of urban governance.It starts from the connotation and the nature of urban governance.Followed by comparison the similarities and differences between urban governance and the traditional urban management,it comes to the conclusion that the ultimate aim of urban governance is to good governance.The second part describes the demand for urban governance of Gansu province with the development and the specificity of urbanization. First of all, it starts from the development process of urbanization of Gansu Province.Then it discusses the Gansu province urbanization development situation and special status, finally it summed up that the urbanization of Gansu Province needs to improve urban governance.The third part analyzes the highlight and the issue of the status quo in process of urbanization in Gansu Province. From the overall system environmental of urban governance, we disscuss the question and the status quo of urban governance in Gansu Province in terms of non-governmental organizations, enterprises,citizen participation on urban governance.The fourth part is to build and improve the urban governance system of Gansu province in the process of urbanization. First of all,it buildes from the urban governance system of the basic idea and the direction, it construct to assess the effect of urban governance system from the system of protection, the main governance, governance structure, building information systems and so on.
