Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Urban Land Intensive Use During The Process Of Urbanization

Because the supply of our land resource is limited, urban development should depand on taking"emphasized the internal potential,neglected the extensional of expansion"intensive use. Currently, With the rapid economic development, most of the cities have successively entered the urbanization accelerated development period, Urban construction will lead to the rapid expansion of urban construction sites, it resulted in a large number of agricultural land, especially cultivated land is occupied. Land becomes increasingly sharp between supply and demand. Meanwhile, Phenomenon of ineffcient and widespread land use are widely existed. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to make research on the urban land intensive use during the Process of Urbanization.On the base of the related theories, research methods from home and abroad, between urbanization and urban land intensive utilization,this paper has brought forward the concept of urbanization and urban land intensive use, explained the related theory of urban land intensive utilization. The cities and counties land use configuration temporal and spatial differences of the northern economic zone of Tianshan Mountains has been analyzed in order to correlation analysis between urbanization and urban land. It has been summarized the driving force of promoting the urban land intensive use.The results have been denominated during the process of urbanization of economic belt, the driving force of land intensive use is composed of natural factors, population growth and concentration, economic and technological development, industrial upgrading etc.According to macroscopical of the potential of the urban land intensive utilization, fourteen indexes which are closely correlated to the land use investment intensity, the degree of use, the economic efficiency and the land use sustainable condition has been selected to evaluate the land use and established indicators system. Making use of model the use of intensive and comprehensive index score, it has respectively measured the potential and extent of using from two aspects. At the same time, land intensive use has been shown a clear hierarchy and regional spatial characteristics in the northern economic zone of Tianshan Mountains .On the base of being divided into three type areas and five ranks land intensive use areas,then been put forward measures of different land use.The study of comprehensive evaluation of the urban land intensive use and the hierarchy of use during the process of urbanization of the northern economic zone of Tianshan Mountains,it provides a very good model region(zone) for research the urban land intensive use. It has a reference value that will help us understanding the general discipline of urban land intensive use. Finally, the results have been proved through the cluster analysis method for the land intensive use of above the level of the regional division.
