The research on the coupled and coordinated development of urban land intensive use and new urbanization has always been the core issue of urban geography and land management.New urbanization is the greatest potential for development in China in the coming decades.The discussion of new urbanization is unprecedented and has become a hot topic in society.With the advancement of the new urbanization process,it is bound to be carried out in the urban space.In order to solve the bottleneck of the economic development and the shortage of land resources,the intensive use of urban land is the necessary requirement to promote the new urbanization.There is a natural coupling relationship between the new urbanization system and the land intensive use system in China.The intensification of land intensive use and new urbanization in the Changjiang economic belt is in full swing.Its core part mainly includes three major national urban groups-the Yangtze River Delta city group,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Chengdu Chongqing city group.Therefore,in the Yangtze River economic belt,the Yangtze River Delta,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Chengdu Chongqing city group are the research areas.The evaluation index system of intensive land use and new urbanization is set up respectively,and the intensive use of land is built-a new type of urbanization coupling system.The index weight is determined by the comprehensive principal confirmation method and the comprehensive coefficient method.The coupling between the two new urbanization and intensive land use is determined by the coupling degree model,the coordinated development degree model and the relative development degree model.Based on the spatial autocorrelation model,the inverse distance weight interpolation method and the mask extraction method in ArcGIS,the temporal and spatial characteristics of the coupling development level of each city group are analyzed.Finally,based on the SPSS statistical analysis tools,the qualitative and quantitative of the driving factors affecting the coordinated development level of each urban agglomeration are analyzed in the Changjiang Economic Belt.The conclusion of the passage is as follows:(1)In the temporal,the coupling and coordinated development level of the economic belt of the Yangtze River is gradually increasing.Characteristics are embodied in the Yangtze River Delta>the middle reaches of the Yangtze River >the Chengdu Chongqing city group.The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is gradually optimized to a highly coordinated period from the mild maladjustment stage to the moderate coordination stage.The urban disordered expansion trend of Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration in 2005 is more serious.Especially in cities such as Nanjing,Wuxi,Hangzhou and Hefei,the land intensive use level is not high,and the quality of new urbanization development is poor.In 2010,as a breakthrough year,the coupling and coordinated development level of urban agglomeration directly changed from mild maladjustment to moderate coordination.For the first time,a highly coordinated urban Nanjing appeared.In 2015,all cities entered a highly coordinated or moderate coordination period.Coupled Yangtze River City Group coordinated development level to optimize the degree is not obvious.In 2005,only Wuhan was in moderate coordination period.The rest of the cities are mild misalignment or low coordination periods.As the central city of urban agglomeration,Changsha and Nanchang have low level of coupling and coordinated development and poor radiation edge cities.Low and moderate coordination are main in urban agglomeration in 2010,a city with no mild coordination and a highly coordinated city Wuhan for the first time.High and moderate coordination are main in urban agglomeration in 2015.The level of coupled and coordinated development of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration ranks at the end of the three largest urban agglomeration.In 2005,the level of urban agglomeration coupled and coordinated development is very low.The contradiction between the development of new urbanization and intensive land use is increasing.The development level of the two is relatively low,and they are in a state of mutual restriction.The development of central cities in Chengdu and Chongqing is not ideal,and there are significant differences among different regions.In 2010,the coupling and coordinated development level of urban agglomeration is still not very ideal.The core cities of Chongqing and Chengdu are developing backward,and the radiative driving capacity of small and medium-sized cities and small towns is not enough,and the coupling coordination and cooperation mechanism still needs to be perfected.In 2015,the level of coupling and coordinated development of urban agglomeration has been improved qualitatively.For the first time,there is a highly coordinated period.The rest cities in Chengdu,Chongqing and Mianyang are in a moderate coordination period.(2)In the spatial,the coordinated development level of the three central cities of the Yangtze River Delta,Shanghai,Nanjing and Hefei,is always ahead of the research time points.City group coupling coordinated development level distribution characteristics are presented by the "center to the fringe" greatly reduced "cliff" spatial pattern.The development degree of coupling coordination is changed greatly.The specific performance was Taizhou(0.655)> Wuhu(0.607)> Zhoushan(0.605)> Yangzhou(0.598).Shanghai,Nanjing and Hefei played a leading role in the regional central cities,and promoted the coupling and coordinated development level.Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou,Shaoxing,Zhoushan and Hefei are the synchronous cities for the new urbanization and the intensive use of land.The coordinated development level of Wuhan in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is far ahead of the research time points.The coordinated development level of other cities has also been gradually improved,but the degree of optimization is different.Several cities with greater optimization were Nanchang(0.645)> Yiyang(0.644)> Changsha(0.635)> Shangrao(0.586).Wuhan,Jingmen,Xianning,Changsha,Xiangtan,Yueyang,Changde,Nanchang,Jingdezhen and Pingxiang are the synchronous developing cities.Chongqing coupled and coordinated development level of Chengdu Chongqing city group is high.Chengdu has a relatively low level of coupling and coordinated development in the first and middle period of the study,but it has improved in the later period of the study,Chengdu(0.654)> Leshan(0.533)> Neijiang(0.505).Chengdu,Luzhou,Mianyang and Chongqing are synchronous developing cities.(3)The spatial correlation of the coordinated development in the Yangtze River Delta is gradually enhanced.The spatial correlation characteristics of each city are transformed from different attribute agglomeration to similar attribute,and the number of spatial positive correlation cities is increasing gradually.Hefei,Hangzhou,Shaoxing,Huainan,Huzhou,Suzhou,Wuxi and Taizhou belong to the new urbanization and land intensive use of the "double high" City,Ma'anshan,Chuzhou and Wuhu are "double low" cities.The laws of the other cities' space evolution are not obvious.The spatial correlation of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is very obvious,and is gradually increasing.The characteristics of spatial correlation are different attributes,which tend to be random distribution in the future,and the space negative related cities dominate.Xiangfan,Xianning,Yiyang,Changde and other cities are negative related to space.Transformation of urban type in Jingmen and Huangshi from spatial positive correlation to negative correlation of space.The urban types of Xiaogan,Yichun,Yingtan,Xiangtan and Shangrao are gradually transformed from negative spatial correlation to positive spatial correlation.The law of development of other cities is not obvious.The spatial autocorrelation characteristics of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration are transformed from different attribute agglomeration to similar attribute,and the spatial correlation is gradually enhanced.The proportion of positive correlation cities in each research time space is higher than that of space negative correlation.Chongqing,the core city,belongs to the "double high" City.Chengdu,Deyang and Leshan are space negative cities,and Chongqing,Mianyang,Neijiang,Luzhou and Yibin are the spatial correlation cities.The spatial evolution of the coordinated development degree of each city is very obvious.(4)The urban population density,per capita GDP,the two or three industrial output value,the international Internet users and the average discharge of industrial wastewater are the common indicators in the three core urban agglomeration of the Changjiang Economic Belt.The number of books collected in public libraries,the proportion of output value of urban two or three industries and the average area of urban per capita are the index factors.The corresponding driving forces are resource cohesion,economic and social development driving force,ecological environment influence,technological support,industrial structure driving force and policy adjustment power.
