The sustainable development of agriculture is the one of the hot and the important point of research to Oasis study. It is the precondition to attain the sustainable development in Oasis that agriculture attain the sustianable development. If we study how to get the sustianable development of agriculture, first of all, we must know agriculture's structure, supervise it's condition and find out it's laws of development. This paper put forward my view that we bring Dissipative structure theory in the study of attaining the sustainable development of agriculture in Oasis. We can use this theory to know and study preconditions that make agriculture in Oasis develop in order,high-class and sustainable. Aim at suggesting for people to attain the sustainable development agriculture in Oasis.Based on Dissipative structure theory, this paper as the Qerchen Oasis for the study area, as the agriculture for the study object. Firstly, we prove that Dissipative structure theory can be used in study of agriculture in Qerchen. Then this paper set up the indicator system of agriculture in Qerchen, and used Entropy model and Shannon's method to calculate the change of entropy in 21 years. And we get the Weight of 20 indicators through the improved Entropy method.The results indicate:Dissipative structure theory has been used widely in geography. For example, the structure of land, water resources, the ecology in city, attaining the sustainable development of agriculture, and so on. At the same time, this paper proved that Dissipative structure theory can be used in the study of Oasis' agriculture.Being a open system, Qerchen's agriculture system will be more and more openly,when Qerchen's society and economy is better.Becoming more openly and inside factors'nonlinearitic interaction make the agriculture system far away the balance,and attaini the sustainable development.We found that the interaction between agriculture and outside world will be more and more plentful, when society and economy become better and better. We can find that indicators play different in the development of agriculture. The results indicate that information, education and funds is more important in the development of agriculture. Outside putting material, information and energy into agriculture is more important, and the indicators' Weight of outside is larger.The paper calculate the entropy of Qerchen's agriculture in 1985 to 2005. The result indicate that the agriculture develop will.The reduction of entropy indicates that the agriculture system far away the balance, becoming more openly , and go into the sustainable development. But the indicator system lack datas of ecological environment in Qerchen. We know that the ecological environment in Qerchen is very delicate. So we should pay great attention into ecological environment's important play on attaining the sustainable development agriculture.
