The compensation administration takes the central content in human resources management, and receives great attentions because it is playing the crucial role in aspects of attracting, stabilizing as well as encouraging the staff. But by changing market environment, the impact of compensation administration's objectives, contents, patterns will change. This dissertation will do research on the evolution of the compensation administration system based on the theory of dissipative system.This dissertation has analyzed the compensation administration system's dissipative characteristic, namely openness, the non-balanced state, the misalignment mechanism and the fluctuation, thought that may use the dissipative structural theory conducts the research to its evolution condition and the rule. This dissertation ,by the compensation system, the management pattern, the information channel, the learning capability staff and the organization study gene, established the compensation administration system's structural model, based on which proposed four type's entropy values, namely the system entropy, the structure entropy, the management entropy and the environment entropy. The system total entropy value for the above four kind of entropy value weighted sum, weighs system's evolution station and condition.At last, applying the entropy model in the enterprise compensation administration system, conducts the empirical study. Has analyzed the condition which the Z enterprise compensation administration system transforms, and proposes the improvement to suggest, made a more satisfactory progress.
