Research On Evolution And Evaluation Of Construction Enterprises Based On The Dissipative Structure Theory

The enterprise evolution is the enterprise basic behavior. In recent years, the studyof enterprise evolution has aroused extensive concern, which explores the regularity ofenterprise as a system change progression from simpler to more complex from systempoint of view, stresses the relationship between system units and between system unitsand system environment and researches their course of developmental changes, to findan effective way to manage enterprise evolution, and makes the enterprise developedin an orderly way. For the construction enterprise system, this study is to bestrengthened.Firstly, this paper is clear about components and structure of the constructionenterprise system, analyzes external and internal condition, process of changes and thegeneral mechanism of construction enterprise system, and illustrates the evolution oforganization structure about construction enterprise system. Secondly, this papermakes the possibility discussion that the construction enterprise system becomes thedissipative structure and the entropy change analysis about the evolvement ofconstruction enterprise system. Then the article gives entropy evaluation model for theevolvement of construction enterprise and the quantizing method, which includesgeneral entropy, structure entropy and operation entropy evaluations and calculates.Finally, this paper makes the empirical analysis by a case to prove the feasibility andefficiency of these models by compute structure entropy, operation entropy and generalentropy of the case.It is very helpful to the theory and practice significance to analysis constructionenterprise system evolution by dissipative structure theory for an administrator improving and refining construction enterprise management and increasing furtherenterprise value by analyzing problems in enterprises operation.
