The Research Of The Consumption Structure Optimization Based On The Ecological Environment

Consumption structure is an important indicator to reflect resident's living standards of a certain period, the optimization of the consumption structure of residents on the one hand, to improve the quality of consumption and standard of living, on the other hand, the consumption structure of residents play an important role to promote industrial upgrading and economic development. The ecological environment is important for human's sustainable development; there is a strong relationship between consumption structure and ecological environment. Currently, China's consumption structure of residents have many unreasonable place should be optimized, so it is necessary to study the optimization of consumption and propose relevant policy recommendations based on the ecological environment.The methods of research in this paper were used including literature research, standardized analysis, empirical research, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and cross-disciplinary research. In this paper first we have analysis the consumption structure changes in Xinjiang, and have found existing trends and deficiencies of consumption structure optimization; Then have studied the influencing factors of changes in consumption structure; Use ecological footprint method to analysis the relationship between consumption structure and ecological environment; Use the extended linear expenditure model (ELES) to study the characteristics of changes in consumption structure of Xinjiang urban residents , including the consumption's marginal propensity to consume, income elasticity of demand and price elasticity of demand; made the standards to optimize the consumption structure, Finally, on the basis of the above to propose the policy recommendations to optimize the consumption structure.
