Research On The Countermeasures Of Guizhou's Construction Of Ecological Consumption Mode

At present,our country has made good achievements in economic development.However,the relationship between human and nature is still tense.Therefore,the 18 th CPC National Congress has formed the basic framework for the construction of ecological civilization and has put the construction of ecological civilization on a prominent position in the overall layout.The 19 th Congress proposed that "the modernization we want to build is the modernization of the harmonious coexistence of human and nature." In order to build a better life and all-round development of humanity,we should make common development in many aspects,from focusing on the material needs to focusing on the ecological environment,the interests of future generations,and the sustainability of economy.Guizhou was included in the first batch of national ecological civilization pilot zones in 2016.And conducting research on ecological consumption patterns will help Guizhou to explore the path of ecological civilization construction.Therefore,based on Guizhou's actual conditions,this paper analyzes the current status of ecological consumption patterns in Guizhou Province,constructs an evaluation index system based on the five basic elements of consumption,and uses principal component analysis to measure Guizhou province ecological consumption patterns of the comprehensive development index,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation.The results show that: from 2004 to 2016,the ecological consumption pattern of Guizhou Province shows the overall upward trend.The consumption environment is improving day by day,the consumption pattern is more ecological,the consumption level is gradually increasing,the consumption structure is more optimized and the development is good momentum.However,there are still problems in the process of development: the ecological environment for construction is still grim,the ecological consumption mode needs to be strengthened,and there is a huge gap between urban and rural residents in consumption.Combined with the current situation of ecological consumption pattern and the result of comprehensive evaluation in Guizhou Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions to construct ecological consumption pattern in Guizhou,such as protecting the consumption environment,brisking participation of consumers in ecological consumption,developing ecological production vigorously and improving government's policy system of leading ecological consumption and so on.
