| The papermaking industry is the traditional industry of Shandong province,and it has achieved the great success, but along with the high speed of the other provinces papermaking industry, the Shandong papermaking industry is also facing big threat. How to strengthen the Shandong papermaking industry competitiveness and how to stand firm in the intense industry competitiveness,which become the main problemof Shandong papermaking industry.Using Diamond Model as its main analysis tool,the thesis firstly discusses the factors of production,market demand,correlative and supporting industry,enterprise strategies,structure,opportunity and government location of Shandong papermaking industry.The result of qualitative analysis reveals that Shandong papermaking industry has good regional advantages,but it is in bad need of factors such as fiber material and senior talent.The market possession ratio of its products is in threaten.These factors constraint the competitiveness of Shangdong papermaking industry.Using PCA to build a model of competitiveness evaluation based on influence factors,this paper tries to evaluate the competitiveness of Shandong papermaking industry by twelve evaluation norms from five aspects which are production capacity,marketing capacity,industry structure capacity and enterprise operation capability. Then it has obtained that the Shandong papermaking industry competitiveness score rank no.1.According to the analysis of the factors and the evaluation results,eventually the paper gives several suggestions on how to develop the competitiveness of Shandong papermaking industry,which should adjust the structure of raw materials to protect the supply of fiber material, to develop human resources of development papermaking industry vigorously, to expand the finance channel,and to perfect the enterprise's technological innovation mechanism,in order to provide the condition for the development of Shandong papermaking industry. |
