Optimizing Foreign Trade Structure To Upgrade Industrial Structure

Under the context of economic globalization , the in-depth development of foreign trade , Has become a basic link making international Regional industrial structure interdependence and interaction,and become the basic power of deepening the international division,Promoting Economic Growth and changing industrial structure。The current global financial crisis has affected real economic dimension , protectionism resurgent , china's industrial structure develop low-level, foreign trade frequently subject to anti-dumping and anti- subsidy cases. under this background, China needs to optimize its foreign trade structure to upgrade industrial structure in response to short-term serious economic difficulties and long-term fierce competition of international market。To solve this research project, on the basis of reference to the results of previous studies,this dissertation firstly combs the current theories on foreign trade structure and industrial structure and domestic achievements of research on foreign trade structure optimizing and industrial structure upgrading, and in-depth discussion of operational mechanism between foreign trade structure and industrial structure.Secondly it analyzes practically merchandise trade structure, regional trade structure, trade method structure, trade patterns structure set up by Gansu province, which is selected as the example just because it is characterized typically.Finally, the dissertation constructs goals of the structure of foreign trade conducive to industrial restructuring and upgrading.Main research achievements as the following:First, on the basis of theoretical summarization, the thesis tries to theoretically answer the question on relationship between foreign trade structure and industrial structure, in other words, who will play a dominant role between foreign trade structure and industrial structure in today's situation.Second, based on the practical analysis on the foreign trade structure of Gansu province, the thesis reasonably refines their experiences worthy of Western Region learning.Third, the thesis constructs goals of the structure of foreign trade conducive to industrial restructuring and upgrading.Finally, based on Summing up development law, the thesis put forward a three-stage theory of trade method development to analyze similar trade method development between Gansu province and China, and enrich the theory of trade method structure to some extent.
