Research On Advantage Industry Economy Development In Pastoral Areas Of Qinghai-Tibet

Cultivating and choosing reasonable advantage industries, in order to promote the process of industrialization and drive the local economics'development effective is the important details of industrial structure's evolution, also it is the inevitable picking of non-equilibrium developing too. It can be said that how to plan, select and develop the advantage industries which have dominant effect, driven effect, the knock-on effect and the multiplier effect obviously concerns the success or failure of one area's economic construction in the time of industrialized. The pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet are not only a vast territory and rich resources, but also are the poorest and most backward areas, compared with the national, in most pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet, the industrial structure is more original, it still dependents on livestock production, the total level of industrial development is low. However, the pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet rely on its special geographical conditions, the distribution of resources, ecological environment and customs, forming lots of characteristics industries which reflect rare, advantage and special. Although the proportion of theirs is small, the effect of pushing economic development is limited, they are vitality, and they play an important role to accelerate the industrialization and modernization in pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet.This paper focuses on the entire pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet, the key contents are: Firstly, we discuss the essence and the feature of advantage industries in pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet. Secondly, on the base of qualitative analysis we frame the general evaluation system of quantitative analysis according to certain principles, and determine some recently advantage industries of parts areas which belong to pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet. Thirdly, we discuss the some economic and non-economic factors which impact the development of industries at the local, and use regression analysis to examine them. Finally, according to the main conclusions of choosing advantage and factor analyzing, we give some advice and development model of industry.The main conclusions are: First, at recently, the main advantage industries depend on the natural resources, the rich of local mineral resources, water resources and biological resources, etc, are the bases of industrial development, exploit and utilize the variety of resources efficiently is an important indemnification of industrial development, at this stage. Second, following the results of factor analyzing, the industrial production starts changing from labor-intensive to capital-intensive, it is said that sine the Development of the Western Region, the central government supplies funding and policy supports for this local efficiently, and the technical level of industries'improves obviously, although, the utility of human capital is limited in the process of industrial production, in addition, the non-economic factors (including the local cultural factors, geographical conditions, ecological functions and traffic conditions) have a certain impacting to the industrial development. Third, according to the special culture and ecology of the pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet, from evolution of the industrial development modal we can find that the cleaner production modal is the best choosing in the pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet, at the same time, select the suitable key industries and set up a reasonable cultural protection system are the main ways of solving ecological security and cultural conflict questions.
