As China's rural collective land for construction of the flow speed,rural collective construction land premium assessment base has become increasingly necessary.The paper first analyzes the rural collective construction land base of our rural collective land for construction of the meaning of the circulation.At the same time,China's current rural collective land for construction of benchmark land prices as well as the existence of the research questions are described.Combination of land valuation theory and principles,study of four commonly used methods of land valuation,and the characteristics of the various valuation methods were compared.Finally,rural collective construction land in accordance with the assessment requirements,the application of cost-approximation method and residual method of Dujiangyan City,rural collective construction land premium assessment base. |
