Farmland Gradation And Evaluation Method Research

Farmland gradation and evaluation is not only an an important part of the new investigation of the land resources, but also an important foundation of"the Land Management Law of People's Republic of China". It provides the basis, in accordance with the law, science, reason, unification, to manage farmland and to establish of a scientific land system land with gradation and evaluation. It is also the change of land management from the quantity mainly to the quantity, quality, ecological protection coordinately, the foundmental, public-welfare,stragetic work of establish a resource-conserving society. It is the basic work of playing a part in allocating land resource under the market management, promoting the rational usage of land resources concentratedly and economically, and raising the land productivity and efficiency. In this paper, I research some methods of the landfarm gradation and evaluation . I focus on the method of farmland gradation and evaluation, especially the factor method, the modification method, and the site method., and taking comparaion among them. I emphase on intoducing different menthods of farmland gradation and evaluation, comparing them and pointing out the different methods in different fields. Then, according to Wenjiang District, on the basis of the farmland gradation and evaluation, I analyse gradation research of the modification method. On the basis of the farmland gradation and evaluation in Wenjiang Distract, I evaluate the premium price and social security price,and land-requisition price of farmland. In the last part, I summarise this paper, and point ou the deficiency.
