Authentic Proof Study On The Gradation Of Cultivated Land

Agricultural land Gradation is one project of the new land resource researching, this time we emphasis on the gradation of the cultivated land, which has used the method of "the rules of the Gradation of farming land" issued by the Ministry of Land and Natural Resources, and we have found some shortcomings in "the rules of the Gradation of farming land" through practice on the cultivated land gradation, in this paper, first, we has analyzed the problems existing in the course of practice and summarized the reasons in theory, including problem of crops, problem of gradation result's comparability in different district ,problem of natural grade,using grade and economic grade, problem of striding across village boundary line of land using coefficient and land economic coefficient, problem of light-temperature production potentiality and climate production potentiality, problem of output ratio coefficient and problem of simplicity of the method in "the rules of the Gradation of farming land".And the second, we take practice researching three of those problems: the first, take Hu county as an example, grading the cultivated land with method in the rules and index pulsing method respectively, so that we can show that the method in the rules in not so simple through the gradation result of the two methods; the second, take Hu county and HeYang county in two different district as an example, comparing the result of the cultivated land in two counties, then we can found that the gradation result in different districts isn't comparable; and the last, still take Hu county as an example, analyzing the natural grade and the using grade, the natural grade and the economic grade respectively, and then we can come to the conclusion through the low relative coefficient that the natural grade,the using grade and the economic grade reflect different cultivated land qulity.Compare to the relative researching before, this time we enhance the problems of "the rules of the Gradation of farming land" in theory to level of practice for the first time, thus, we verify the theory further, at the same time, raise some new train of thought for the gradation of the cultivated land, with the expect of improving the cultivated land gradation method in "the rules of the Gradation of farming land".
