The Research On Measurement In Chinese Knowledge Management Based On Knowledge Metrics

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is becoming the economic resources to create fortune instead of capital and energy, knowledge is very important in various aspects day by day. The knowledge management is widely paid attention to by the world scholars. At present, the knowledge management has started a new upsurge, from early of 1990s to now, knowledge management research in China has achieved the large progress, while there are some problems. At this kind of background, knowledge management research in China facing the great chances and challenges.In recent years, with the development of natural language processing technology and text mining technology, content analysis of the scientific literature becomes possible. This paper, focus on the study of knowledge management in China based on the 7437 academic journal articles from 1992 to 2006 as the analysis object. The paper analyses on the progress of Chinese knowledge management from the perspective of time and space, reasonable interpretation of the current development of knowledge management in China.Using the EM text clustering to identify automatically the hotspot in Chinese knowledge management; The text ordered clustering is used to research of knowledge management development course and the paper points out that the knowledge management subject is experienced three development stages; Selecting the association rules mining algorithm for analyzing the relating fields of knowledge management; Finally, this paper intoduces the model of Markov with weight to forecasting the first quarter of 2007 hotspot in the field of Chinese knowledge management. The application of text mining technology on the development of subject or research fields is a significant attempt, and it offers reference for future study work on the related area.
