The Role Of The Government In The Operation Of The Science And Technology Incubator About SuZhou HangZhou ShangHai And Giving Some Experiences To NanJing

As a public service platform which is instituted by government, the science and technology incubator undertake responsibility of developing high science & new technology industries, developing economy rapidly, solving the employment problem, creating a local business environment, changing the employment concept of scientific and technological persons, attracting a lot of domestic and foreign high-tech talents, promoting scientific and technological exchanges between the different states. Chinese Government plays the important role in the process of promoting science and technology incubator. It help Science & technology incubator in some aspects, for example, funding, policy, management and even technology. Nanjing is an important city of our country. At present, a great challenge of developing high science & new technology industries and rising the level of the city economy. Therefore , the problem that how to make Science & technology incubator of NanJing better becomes more and more important to the NanJing government. NanJing is in the triangle area of YangZi river and in this area there are some important cities ,for example: SuZhou , ShangHai and HangZhou. These three cities got good effect in the field about developing high science & new technology industries and Science & technology incubator. So as a neighbourhood city in the same area , it is necessay to NanJing to learning the experience of these three cities.This lecture is based on the basic theory of public policy and public finacne. The lecture analyzes the role of government about three cities and researches the case of NanJing. At the end we got seven advices of making Science & technology incubator of NanJing better.
