Discuss Some Related Problems Of Public Transport Operation For Intercity Railway

Public transport operation is a general trend at home and abroad in the field of short-distance inter-city railway, as long as there are sophisticated technical support the inter-city passenger line and inter-city passenger flow sufficient, through the improvement of the transport organization and management, it's certain and best to take public transportation mode of operation.The article first analyses the developments of the inter-city railway of "transit type" operation at home and abroad are presented and puts forward the important significance of the study, as well as the paper's major research and methods. Then the paper analyses the two inter-city railway development model which adapt to Chinese national conditions, namely, one is cross-regional passenger line model and the other is public operation in developmental economic region. Based on the above the study proposes three conditions of public transportation mode of operation, first condition must have ample passenger flow, and the other must have the hardware facilities of sophisticated technical support system that is the hardware facilities, the three should have a certainty level service system.The article mainly and detailed discusses the mass transit type operation of inter-city railway, it starts with the program influencing factors, in order to use mathematical language to express the operation scheme of the inter-city railway passenger train of public transport operation, the thesis builds a different train generalized cost function approach. Based on the previous analysis of influencing factors the author constitutes a non-linear multi-objective optimization model of the inter-city rail passenger train operation scheme. The model considers three object that the inter-city railway company's income is the most, the total passenger waiting time is at least and train virtual loss is the smallest, and the author gives the model steps that use multi-objective method of great mode ideal point method, and the author also give out the evaluation method of inter-city railway operation scheme.Finally the article uses the case of the Chengdou-Mianyang-E'mei-line to analysis the feasibility of inter-city rail passenger train using public transportation mode operation.Through the Chengdou-Mianyang-E'mei-line inter-city passenger train characteristics,the study carries out a detailed analysis of the relevant factors of Operation scheme.The paper through the the multi-objective optimization model and related data obtains Chengdou-Mianyang-E'mei-line inter-city passenger train operation scheme , and the author also analyzes the results of themodel , and finally through the break-even point method to evaluate the operation scheme . In this paper, the research work done on inter-city rail passenger train of public transport operation has a guiding role.
