Based on such background, this paper takes the emergency management of the postal administration as the research object, Combines with the reality of the postal industry in China, compares with the experience of western country in emergency management, analyses the status quo of emergency management system and mechanisms of postal administration, And put forward relevant ideas and suggestions.First of all, this paper introduces some related concepts such as Public Emergency and Postal Industry Emergency, analyses the types and features of the postal industry emergency, and illustrates the significance of the emergency management for postal administration.Next, the paper introduces the experience of western country in emergency management, in order to seek the reference. The next part starts with the status quo of emergency management of postal administration in our country, explores the experience and puts forward its shortcomings.In the end, my paper puts forward relevant ideas and suggestions around the early-warning plan mechanism, emergency response mechanism, recovery mechanism and Long-term mechanism, in order to build a scientific and effective emergency management system for the postal administration.
