Enterprise resources are the basis of the survival and development of enterprise, while strategic resources is a source of core competence, and also is the key elements to maintain gaining access to sustainable competitive advantage. The rational allocation and use is great significance for business to create wealth and enhance the competitiveness, maintain the sustainable development. Awareness of strategic resources is an important symbol of the enterprise management level and progress.Since the reform and opening up, the market competition of all industries is increased. The industry's enterprises are faced with the same market background, and the source of the core competitiveness of enterprises is turned from the industrial structure, market environment, macroeconomic environment and other external conditions to various corporate internal strategic resources. Although the resource endowment of the enterprises is high, the rate of utilization is very low, unable to create maximum value, restricting the company's sustainable development, and the most important reason for this is that they lack the awareness and the use capacity to the strategic resources and their value creation. Based on this, introducing of resource-based theory and value theory as a guide, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, AHP, AHP analysis software and survey methods, the paper builds the econometric models of strategic resources value, focusing on discussion on strategic resources value creation. The main research contents include:1. The Theoretical Basis for the Value Measurement Model of Strategic ResourcesResource-based theory and the theory of value is always running through the guiding ideology of this article, I believe they will also become the theoretical basis of companies strategic resource-related exploration in the future. The former points out that the strategic resources is the core source of competitive advantage, and the later puts forward the form of resources value creation. At the same time, we propose enterprise resource classification criteria and classification system based on this.2. Enterprise Resources Evaluation ModelUnder the guidance of the above in theory, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, we establish the enterprise resource evaluation system, use AHP for the indicators of empowerment, and finally establish enterprise resource evaluation model. The model can be relatively accurately reflect the situation of existing resources, provide the basis for the enterprise strategic resources value and corporate decision-making for resources allocation.3. The Establishment of Corporate Strategic Resources Value Econometric ModelBased on the model and the nature of strategic resources value creation, using the idea of economic value model, The paper builds the enterprise strategic resources value measurement model. The model gives Quantitative analysis to enterprise value-added brought by the strategic resources, provides basis for decision making enterprise resource identification, configuration and training, in order to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises.4. The Design of the Contribution RateThe papers determine the contribution rate for the nature of strategic resources and its impact mechanism on the enterprise value. In calculating the contribution rate, we use the status of enterprise resources and the impact weights of enterprise resource on the enterprise value, according to the different conditions.5. Application AnalysisThrough interviews, surveys of an investigation enterprise, we explore strategic resources, and thus regulates the evaluation index system of enterprise resources. We also verify the operation of the strategic resources value measurement model, by using the company's data, and propose the content need to continue to improve, at the end.
