Research On The Resource Base Of Enterprise Technological Innovation

In recent years,the state's attention to innovative behavior of enterprises has gradually increased,so the support for high-tech companies is also increasing.The growth of a company is inseparable from technological innovations.Therefore,many companies have set up R&D departments and made multiple improvements,integrations,and enhancements to the R&D department.Accordingly,they have also increased the level of salary subsidies for R&D personnel.While technological innovation promotes the growth of enterprises,it also brings many benefits that can be seen to the enterprise.On the other hand,when companies promote technological innovation research,there are also many wasteful and unreasonable allocations of resources.These should also cause companies to pay enough attention.Enterprise resources are the cornerstone for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages,and they are also the carrier and foundation for enterprises to improve their technological innovation capabilities.Technological innovation activities by the enterprises will inevitably depend on various innovation resources owned by their selves.If companies lack the necessary innovation resources,they will be severely restricted by the formation and promotion of technological innovation capabilities of enterprises,and then affect the competitiveness of enterprises.As a result,the problem of allocation of technological innovation resources came into being.The resource-based concept is also a relevant research on the resource allocation of enterprises.The concept of the enterprise resource base is to achieve reasonable utilization and coordinated management of internal resources of the enterprise through certain methods and means,which can bring economic benefits to the enterprise and ultimately maximize the utility of the enterprise's resources,in order to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage.This article is based on the concept of resource-based.First of all,it systematically reviews and comments on the relevant theories and documents of technological innovation and enterprise resource base.It mainly discusses the impact of corporate resources on the technological innovation of enterprises from three aspects: resource types,quantity,and characteristics.Secondly,on this basis,the intrinsic mechanism of the resource basis for enterprise technological innovation is explored,and the dimensional framework affecting technological innovation is systematically interpreted,and the research hypothesis is put forward accordingly.Thirdly,the study established a conceptual model between technological innovation and resource base,and conducted an empirical study on listed companies in China's manufacturing industry from 2014 to 2016.On the one hand,it takes the resource base as the research object and measures it with technological innovations.On the other hand,we will study the interactions between the types and quantities within the resource base and the characteristics of the resources,so as to discuss the impact on technological innovation and to conduct more in-depth mechanism studies.Finally,on the basis of the above research results,the paper will make proposals for improving the technological innovation capability of enterprises and the path of resource utilization and selection are proposed.The results show that the type of enterprise resources,resource redundancy,and resource flexibility these three parts all have a direct effect on the technological innovation of enterprises.Among them,strategic resources have more significant impact on technological innovation than general resources,and precipitation-based redundant resources are more than non-perceptible redundant resources.The impact on technological innovation is even more pronounced,and resource flexibility has a positive regulatory effect on technological innovation.The interaction of different types of resources,different resource redundancy,and resource flexibility has a positive effect on technological innovation,and the interaction between strategic resources,precipitating redundant resources,and resource flexibility is even more significant.The results of the study clearly define the impact of the resource base on the technological innovation of enterprises,enrich the theoretical research on the mechanisms for promoting technological innovation,and help enterprises increase their efforts in resource accumulation,integration,and management,and pay attention to technological innovation to gain sustainable competitive advantage.The results also provide recommendations on using good resources to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
