How to measure the nature of science and conscience becomes the issue that people always think about. The comprehensive evaluation of society in investment projects is the measure rule. With the social and economic advancement, the comprehensive evaluation of society becomes the focus gradually. To avoid social risks and seek opportunity for development is the aim of the comprehensive evaluation.Today, the implementation of"scientific development view"and the construction of"harmonious society"become the theme of society development, and completely and systematic evaluation way is the test standards and requirements of investment projects. Combined with related knowledge in the comprehensive evaluation of society, this paper carries through the in-depth discussion of the methods of the comprehensive evaluation of the society.(2)Based on the description of the comprehensive evaluation of society in investment projects, this paper discusses the analysis progress of the main factors.(3)This paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system that is based on the mineral investment projects, and calculates and verifies the example through the model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and then gets a scientific and rational result. Also it proves the reliability and feasibility of the index and method.
