Whether a large number of inputs of mineral resources projects get the corresponding benefits,and whether to promote the substantive results,there is still lack of systematic evaluation.This article obtains from the theory and method of performance evaluation for research.Through the research on the performance evaluation of domestic and foreign mineral resources projects and a comprehensive analysis and Research on the progress and means of the performance evaluation of mineral resources in China.The performance evaluation index system of mineral resources evaluation project is constructed.And the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to select the evaluation project of copper polymetallic ore in Zhongdian area of Yunnan province.(1)In the case of reading a large number of literature and consulting experts.And constructs three major indexes including mineral geology,output achievement and output benefit.And regional geology,resource potential,the degree of the target minerals,work,utilizes real workload,reports,publications,results,organization and management,economic benefit,social benefit,environmental benefit and industrial policies such as 12 indexes of secondary mineral resources evaluation of project performance evaluation index system.(2)Through the comparative analysis of mainstream performance evaluation methods.AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the evaluation method of this paper.AHP method to determine the weight of indicators,to a certain extent,help to reduce the adverse effects of subjective factors,improve the credibility of the index weight.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can reduce the negative impact of uncertainty and ambiguity on the evaluation results to a certain extent,and improve the authenticity and objectivity of the evaluation results.This paper combines these two methods,has carried on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation to evaluation objects.(3)Based on the performance evaluation index system and AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.An Empirical Study on the Performance Evaluation of the Evaluation Project of Copper Polymetallic Ore in Zhongdian Area,Yunnan Province.The score of the final evaluation was 82.67,which reached the "good" level,and achieved good results.The evaluation results are consistent with the results of various types of projects.It shows that the index system and the evaluation method of the performance evaluation of the mineral resources evaluation project constructed in this paper have certain feasibility,accuracy and practicability.(4)The selected empirical research objects have certain representation in time and space.Although only a pilot evaluation,but in the whole of Yunnan or has a certain degree of promotion and practicality.The selected AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can eliminate the influence of human subjective factors to the greatest extent,but it is difficult to completely eliminate.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results,this paper argues that the future performance evaluation of mineral resources evaluation project should be improved from the evaluation index system and the evaluation method.To promote the development of mineral resources evaluation project performance evaluation of the continuous development and improvement of geological performance management system.
