Study On The Organizational Structure Of Foreign-related Projects Of Petroleum Company

Petroleum is an important sources of energy on which human society relies for existing and developing. It is called the blood of industry and the basis of modern civilization. The economy of china has gotten some attraction achievement since the reform and opening but in the same time it also increases the need of energy. Therefore it becomes a necessity for the petroleum company of our country to step the strategy of going out and explore the foreign markets. We mainly adopt the method of project management when investing abroad. So it is very important to study on organizational structures of foreign-related project. This paper will do a research on the design of organizational structures.This article combined the theories of project management and organizational structure and analyzed the organizational structures of foreign-related projects of our petroleum companies. This article firstly summarizes the concept of project management and the position of organizational structure in administrative system and three usual forms of organizational structures of project management. After the analysis of the new development of project management and we educe new requirements of organizational structure based on the new development of project management .On the basis of analysis of the condition of the foreign-related project, we get a conclusion of the organizational structures and the problems of that. At last, we discuss the principles in the process design of organizational structures and give some suggestions on the design of organizational structures of foreign-related projects of the petroleum company.
