As a product of economic globalization ,Cross-border M & A has no doubt a positive impact on the economic development of our country. The subject of Cross-border M & A are often famous multinational companies, Through M & A, our companies will become internationally competitive enterprise groups , So that we can improve our country's overall economic strength of enterprises. However, it also brought a series of negative effects.it could lead to monopoly, damage domestic market competition order and will cause the disappearance of state-owned brand, controll the core technology, underestimate state-owned assets and so on.And thus will suppress the infant industries of the host country ,impact the host country's industrial security.This paper analyzes the impact of cross-border M &A on our country's industrial safety, and discusses the causes of these effects.The main manifestation contains: Our country are lack of laws to regulate cross-border M & A activity; The audit responsible for cross-border M & A is still not perfect; The Government creats a plethora of concessions for transnational corporations; The ever-accelerating pace of opening up makes our country's industrial safety more vulnerable to the threat of foreign mergers and acquisitions; Domestic enterprises are lack of strategic awareness. Finally,the article gives the countermeasures.Adjusting policies of attracting foreign investment; Building a national industrial security system; Constructing "anti-monopoly law" as the core of the legal system; Establishing regulatory agencies to manage cross-border M & A; Cultivating large multinational corporations Competing with multinational companies; Establishing enterprise technology innovation system; Seting up strategic alliances and so on.
