Research And Path Optimization Of Logistics Enterprises' Core Competitiveness In Cross-border E-commerce Environment

Under the background of cross-border e-commerce environment,with the rapid development of economy and the popularization and application of Internet technology,the trade links between countries have get closer.In 2017,the B2 B transaction volume of cross-border e-commerce in China was 5.9 trillion yuan,accounting for 78.6% of the total.Cross-border e-commerce retail transactions totaled 1.6 trillion yuan,or 21.4 percent,and are expected to account for 31 percent by 2020.With the increasing volume of cross-border e-commerce transactions,the timeliness and rapidity of goods are very high,so the role of logistics enterprises in the whole cross-border e-commerce is very important.How to form a strong core competitiveness of logistics enterprises to ensure a certain market share in the international market is the most concerned issue in the development of logistics enterprises.Therefore,if logistics enterprises want to develop in the complex cross-border e-commerce environment and stand out from other similar enterprises,they should not only rely on low prices and high-quality services,but also build unique core competitiveness.In this thesis,the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of logistics enterprises under cross-border e-commerce environment is established.On this basis,the grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the index weight of logistics enterprises reasonably and effectively.Secondly,based on the modeling method of hierarchical colored Petri net,the evolution model of logistics enterprises undefined core competence is established.Thirdly,based on the evolutionary model,the path optimization model is established by nonlinear programming,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Then we set up the lifting behavior set,configure the related parameters,analyze and verify the examples,get the optimal path,and verify the effectiveness of the results.Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the paper puts forward the strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of cross-border ecommerce logistics enterprises.The results show that: there are several factors which have significant influence on the enhancement of core competitiveness,including analyzing the environment of cross-border e-commerce,finding the correct market position;paying attention to the introduction,training and education of talents;increasing the input of high-tech such as information technology;exploring overseas markets;increasing cooperation with large logistics companies.The model of establishing core competence of logistics enterprises under cross-border e-commerce environment is solved,which not only fundamentally solves how to improve its core competence,but also improves its economic benefits to a greater extent.Therefore,the results are instructive for the enhancement of core competitiveness of logistics enterprises so that they can grab the opportunity better.
